Hi, I'm Paula Fernanda. With over 30 years of therapeutic practice, I am a Brazilian therapist now based on the Gold Coast, bringing together a lifetime of learning gathered across Brazil, Europe, India, and Thailand.
My work integrates clinical hypnotherapy and Brain Wellness techniques (neuroplasticity and the Perfect Movement method) — alongside Yoga, Ayurveda, Thai Massage, meditation, energy therapies, and somatic bodywork.
Over the years, I have sat with people who felt stuck in relationships that no longer served them, in self-images built on old wounds, in blocks so familiar they had stopped questioning them. Through my work, I have witnessed what happens when someone finally puts that weight down: they reconnect with themselves, their confidence returns, and choices that once felt impossible become clear.

I've trained at the source of each tradition I practice — studying Yoga and Ayurveda in India, immersing myself in the healing arts of Thailand, and deepening my knowledge across Europe and the United States with Bruce Lipton and Joseph Kramer.
In Brazil, I studied deeply about trauma with neuroscientist Dr. Diogo Lara and Dr. Sofia Bauer, Hypnotherapy and NLP at a Richard Bandler school, and neuroscience-based brain training with Rosalia Schwark.
Here in Australia, I’m completing a Diploma in Counselling at the Institute of Applied Psychology and have certified in Mental Health First Aid. My approach is personalized, so I listen first and then draw from whatever the person in front of me truly needs.
